The itSMF is the only truly independent and internationally-recognised forum for IT Service Management professionals worldwide. This not-for-profit organisation is a prominent player in the on-going development and promotion of IT Service Management Best Practice, standards and qualifications and has been since 1991.

Service Catalog Workshop |
We are pleased to announce our next event which will take place in the Camden Court Hotel, Dublin on Wednesday 29 September 2010 from 08:30 to 11.00.
Mark O'Loughlin author of The Service Catalog will facilitate a workshop on the subject. |

IT Service Management in eircom - 21 October 2010 |
eircom is currently undertaking a major transformation of its "technology" functions in order to better support its customers. The initiative includes the establishment of a Service Management team within the new eircom "Group Technology" organisation, with responsibility for the 24X7 monitoring and support of all key services across fixed line, broadband, mobile and IT. |

Continual Service Improvement - 10 November 2010 |
This presentation will be delivered by Stuart Wright from Severn Valley IT Service Management. Stuart's experience of continual service improvements comes from working with service provider organisations seeking to achieve ISO/IEC 20000 where continual service improvements is a fundamental requirement in achieving certification. |
